NPC: The houngon's disciple
Long Desc: The houngon's disciple stands here in all her undead glory.

Cloaked in darkness, this figure is an enigma.  It seems that whoever, or
whatever this is, is in the Forest and up here in the Oak for some nefarious
purposes.  On the other hand, they're hiding up in a tree, which seems
strangely indirect.  The figure reeks of death and decay, with a hint of
earthy soil.  Something sharp glitters in the figure's hands, like claws.
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
