NPC: A desperate quartermaster
Long Desc: The Order's quartermaster is here, protecting what remains.

This elf huddles into a corner, trying to look inconspicious.  As
quartermaster of the Order, she provided a vital function in handling gear,
but now, she has nothing, and definitely doesn't seem like much of the
fighting type.  Unfortunately for her, she now has no choice but to take
part in the ongoing slaughter, mostly of her fellows.  She looks very ill at
ease, already nervous around people, and now the end has come for her.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
