NPC: A hummingbird
Long Desc: A blue hummingbird is here, darting from flower to flower.

With feathers of the darkest blue, this hummingbird flits around at absurd
speeds, often too fast to follow.  The faintest thrumming comes from its
wings, a constant blur.  With a disproportionately long beak and wide
wingspan, this bird looks somewhat odd; at least, if it stops long enough to
get a glimpse of it.  It doesn't seem as social as the other birds milling
around, preferring to hop from place to place on whatever task it has.
She is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
