NPC: A ghostly innkeeper
Long Desc: A ghostly innkeeper sits behind a small desk, waiting.

This dwarf sits behind a crumbling desk, staring into space.  His form is
faint and ethereal, yet there's still a bit of color left in him.  Most of
his details are hard to make out, considering how translucent he is, but a
typically bushy beard extends down to the bottom of his stool, occasionally
drifting through it.  He doesn't seem very responsive, but then, he is a
ghost.  Perhaps he's the Tegorn named on the sign, perhaps not, but he's not
moving from here.
He is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
