NPC: Seena Van Pelt
Long Desc: A tall, graceful woman in exotic finery of glittering gold bustles around.

Strikingly similar to the girl just east of here, Seena is most likely her
mother, a snapshot of Vanessa thirty years on.  She's still beautiful, and
dressed in clothes as exotic as those of Vanessa in bright yellow.  Her
hair's a little more faded, skin vastly more weathered and tanned than her
(presumed) daughter, and her eyes markedly sadder, creased by losses
uncountable like the glinting coins in her hand.  Whatever oceans she has
crossed and whatever paths she's toiled down, she's found family and a home
here with the Van Pelts.  Who you were before, how you got here and why you
are here means nothing, now, and the family is all there is.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
