Long Desc: A huge, hulking man sits at a tiny desk, processing a tower of forms.

With arms as thick as a skiff's mast and a torso as big as that of a
dreadnaught, Tilos is a vast mountain of man, all muscle and callus.  After
years working the docks and construction sites of Rune, he's moved up the
chain right to the top, and now he handles everything from home-building to
ship sales.  The Van Pelts do love their success stories, and so it was
almost inevitable that Tilos joined the family.  A hard, lined face and eyes
tinted by the faintest sunblindness glare down at every form passing his
desk, missing nothing.  Whether you need a ship built, Build Points for a
home or anything else construction-related, Tilos is your man.
