NPC: An ornithologist
Long Desc: A nervy man sits in the corner, working through some records.

Sitting in a corner surrounded by countless diagrams, sketches and other
pieces of scattered paper, this man seems to be happy enough lost in his own
world, if a little nervous to be intruding on the clerk's time and space.
Several tools are splayed out around him; drawing implements, pastes and
more, things used for healing...but not humans.  Considering the birds on
the pages of paper, this man would be an ornithologist.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
