NPC: He of the Revolving Constellation
Long Desc: Starlight illuminates the area, for a living constellation revolves before you.

Constellations should only revolve far above in the night sky, an abstract
miniature for children and the city-folk to gaze up at in awe.  Somehow, for
some reason, a constellation revolves before you, a dizzying tapestry of
gases, planets and suns, not to mention the interplanetary dust and various
bits of minutiae.  While it's around fifty feet tall, it's quite obviously
shrunken in size, and whether it's some sort of animated scientific model or
whether this is all the summoner could manager is unclear.  It's beautiful
to behold, and who knows if it could actually be destroyed, considering what
life could exist on those miniature planets.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
