NPC: A regretful sorceror
Long Desc: A sorrowful sorceror stands here, his head bowed.

With despair etched across his features, this fellow seems to have made a
disastrous mistake.  He lounges around, looking sorry for himself and
contemplating what could have been but isn't.  A vast trunk is strapped to
his back, encrusted in all manner of magical wards and seals, and a leaf-
green robe rustles down across his skinny torso.  He seems to be waiting for
someone, or something, but impatiently enough that he might move on sooner
rather than later.  Perhaps you could help him out somehow, either in
acquiring what he wants or resolving the situation he has found himself in.
He is a halfling approximately 3'11" tall.
