NPC: The brilliant light dragon
Long Desc: A large dragon is here, emitting a brilliant white light.

This is definitely one of the largest and most impressive dragons you've
ever seen.  It rests comfortably between the many crystals in the room,
smoke billowing from its nostrils.  You are somewhat surprised when it
greets you, partially because it is able to speak and partially because of
the flames that pour from its mouth.  It is difficult for you to look
directly at the dragon, since its scales are so shiny that they seem to
glow.  You feel fortunate that the creature does not seem to mean you any
harm.
He is a dragon approximately 9'11" tall.
