NPC: A spark
Long Desc: A small pulse of electricity zips through the air.

This tiny pinpoint of light is almost too bright to look at.  At first,
you can't tell what it is, but once your eyes have adjusted you can make out
a spark of electricity at its center.  It zips through the room, propelled
by the strong currents of air coming from below.  You should be careful not
to come into contact with the spark, since it will certainly give you quite
a shock.
It is a sprite approximately 0'1" tall.
