NPC: A phantom stingray
Long Desc: A large stingray drifts through the air.

While it is somewhat common to see these creatures in the sea, you've
never heard of one that was able to fly before.  The stingray has a thin,
wide body that ripples as it moves through the air.  It also has a pointed
tail that can be used to attack enemies.  You vaguely remember hearing that
rays are related to sharks, and wonder if they are predatory creatures.
It is a shark approximately 7'0" tall.
