NPC: A whip-wielding demon
Long Desc: A little nasty lurks nearby, swathed in shadow and ash.

A renegade from the Astral Plane, this demon is a superlative example of
what happens when the pervasive little nasties that populate that realm
become overambitious, and decide that using their agency towards entropy
would be whimsical.  It wields a fiery whip and an impossibly consumptive
grin, so full of teeth as to be physically unimaginable, so full of teeth
that the only way to reconcile its existence is to return it whence it came.
He is a balrog approximately 6'11" tall.
