Long Desc: A man exudes his halitosis at you through his hare-lip.
It is not clear whether this man believes that everyone is as dull-witted
and unobservant as himself, or whether he thinks that people would be
interested in relics that are clearly bits of stone and twine and not relics
at all, but it is unlikely that any inquiry would provide any insight.
Barely able to communicate beyond rudimentary gestures and emphatic grunts,
it is unclear how a troglodyte made it out of the Underground below Sigil,
much less set up shop in Lowangen.
He is a troglodyte approximately 6'11" tall.
