Long Desc: An off-duty guard is wandering around here, taking in the scenery.

Still in uniform but with his shirt unbuttoned and sleeves rolled up, an
off-duty guard is wandering around here, admiring the scenery.  Carrying a
bag from the Tuvo Al'Sweetis shop, he has a contented expression on his
face.  He notices your attention and smiles at you briefly before stooping
to pick up a scrap of litter, always thinking of the good of Rune Castle and
its inhabitants.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
