NPC: A sinister minister
Long Desc: A man in religious garb treads the underground, inexplicably.

A man of the faith, shunned by his congregation, this minister walks the
underground alone.  He may be looking for guidance, or waiting for death.
The skin around his eyes is a dark purple, and his clothes are tattered with
wear.  His skin is somewhere between albino and simply pale.  The sizzles of
energy floating around his hands, along with barely visible muscles indicate
this man is neither defenseless nor unaware.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
