NPC: Pierre the vendor
Long Desc: Pierre is selling imported delicacies here, making your mouth water.

Though born and raised in Rune, Pierre felt the urge to travel from the
time he was a boy.  As soon as of age he packed his meager belongings and
set out to seek his fortune.  After years of exploring every corner of this
wide world, Pierre found no buried treasure, but along his journey he
discovered a vast array of food guaranteed to tantalize the somewhat boring
palate of the average Rune citizen.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
