NPC: A singing drunk
Long Desc: A merry drunk is here, singing away happily.

Here is a merry customer, singing some slurred song inside the Tavern.
Though not drunk, he's had enough to lose his inhibitions, or possibly just
his hearing, you can't decide.  Regardless, he's having a marvelous time
leading his one-man band in what appears to be the 30th verse of One Hundred
Bottles of Beer on the Wall.  You marvel at the good-natured acceptance of
this by the other patrons.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
