NPC: A frenzied frost giant battlerager
Long Desc: A huge frost giant's loincloth flaps in the wind as he sprints around the ice.

Using the interior courtyard of the Keep as his practice space, this
battlerager is a honed edge, or a brutal maul, eager to let the bloodletting
start.  He dances across the ice as though it were cloudstuff, propelling
himself with lunges and pirouettes, spinning like a razorblade eggbeater,
whirling his heavy meteor hammer around his body at high speed.
He is a giant approximately 25'1" tall.
