NPC: A furtive chemwalker
Long Desc: A chemwalker attempts to hide in the shadows as best a huge, clanky spider-looking brain-in-a-jar can.

Sly and calculating, this chemwalker is covered in dirt and moves slowly for
stealth.  Its well-greased axles and calculated movements hint at this
walker taking good care of itself, and being able to move very quickly if
need be.  Few passers-by come through here, and fewer still notice this
bizarre, chemical-fueled monstrosity, but those that do are killed and
consumed for their chemical content.
It is a chemwalker approximately 8'8" tall.
