Long Desc: A half-drunk patron is here, swaying alarmingly on his barstool.

With beer sloshing out of a mug held by apparently numb fingers, it seems
like this patron has had one drink too many.  He can barely sit upright on
the barstool much less manage to stand on his feet.  You wonder how he is
going to get home tonight and suspect he'll pass out before he can stumble
out to his horse.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
