NPC: A levitating eyeball
Long Desc: A giant, flesh-covered eyeball floats four feet off the ground, staring intently at you.

A dozen or so eyestalks curiously emanate from the central eyeball that
is this beholder, slowly twisting and turning to get a better look at you.
It has no mouth, arms, legs, or pretty much anything other than its
eyestalks and requisite orbs, veiny and pink.  The little eyeballs look like
the big eyeball, and are attached by fleshy green tendrils to the large
eyeball and its own protective flesh covering.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
