NPC: Master thief Qulin
Long Desc: A thick dwarf yanks on his own tongue with both hands as he stares out the window.

Qulin was once a prodigal son of the dwarven kingdoms, sent out to learn
about the world and hopefully rein in his foolish ways.  An errant horse
kick to the skull dashed those hoped, and left him the blubbering mess
standing here.  His family granted enough funds for him to stay in Lowangen,
where he could potentially induce passersby to give him manuals with which
he might have a chance of reclaiming some of his lost self.  Somehow.  The
townsfolk say he spends most of his day flexing in front of a mirror and
taking off his pants for no reason, but that doesn't seem to be the case
right now.  

+++ Master thief Qulin will, when given 3 stat or attribute manuals, give
a random one in return.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
