NPC: A banged-up dwarf
Long Desc: A dwarf with a broken leg sits on a tourmaline bench, waiting for help.

This dwarf doesn't look thrilled to be here, and would likely love to get
out of here as quickly as possible- if not for his broken leg, and the army
of dragons preventing his egress.  His pack full of explorers' tools looks
useful, but given the extent of his injuries, he can't hope to use all of
them to the degree necessary to get him out by himself.  

+++ a banged-up dwarf can be asked for help by SAYTOing him:
   - help with the basilisk: to be informed when the basilisk changes direction.
   - help with the faerie dragon: to be informed when the faerie dragon changes direction.
   - help with the dragonstones: to find another somewhere in the Hall.
   - help with prescience: to find equipment that belonged to a dragontamer.
   - help with statues: to cause the black dragon statues to return to Vir.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
