Long Desc: A long, whip-tailed drake swoops about the Phoenix Chamber, exultant.

This drake ripples with magical energy, as its thick, scaly flesh struggles
to contain the power contained within its body.  Although it is physically
significantly much smaller than the average dragon, it has the magical
potential to cast nearly any magical spell known to it.  It is too young and
sheltered to have mastered the magic it is capable of, but whatever ideas
pop into its head, it can execute with little effort.  That makes it
dangerous not only to fight, but even to be within casting range of.
She is a dragon approximately 9'11" tall.
