NPC: A shivering gentoo
Long Desc: A small female has emerged from the icy waters with a gulletful of cod.

Shivering from the frigid waters she recently emerged from, this plucky
penguin is wandering across the landscape looking for her partner and
nestlings.  Her black feathers shine with flecks of ice not yet melted by
her body heat, but she waddles on regardless, determined to find and feed
her young as quickly as possible.
She is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
