NPC: A waddling mother
Long Desc: A female penguin with a prominent headcrest looks around for her peers to socialize with.

Having recently gotten a meal, finished feeding her babies and canoodled
with her mate, this penguin is ready to spend a bit socializing with other
nearby mothers.  While outsiders and birders observe this behavior as
huddling for warmth against the bitterly cold wind, it also fulfills a
social aspect.  The complexities of penguin friendship is a topic rarely
comprehended by those who aren't flightless waterfowl, if they realize it
exists in the first place.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
