NPC: A friendly chinstrap penguin
Long Desc: Known for being the most approachable of the various breeds around the iceberg, a chinstrap waddles up.

Without a care in the world, this little penguin waddles across the uneven,
slippery terrain and makes a beeline to see you.  Stopping a few paces away,
it examines you cautiously, without fear or hesitation.  It does not appear
to be looking for a gift or a hidden fried cod- this species has a
reputation for being sociable and amicable, but this friendly specimen is a
social movement unto himself.
He is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
