NPC: A singing penguin
Long Desc: A mother penguin returns from the sea and is in search of her mate and young ones.

The windswept tunnels of the glacier are full with the chirps, squeaks and
sonorous songs of countless mothers wandering about, calling out for their
mates to recognize their calls and bid them to their nests.  The observation
that it must be feeding time is redundant, as it is nearly always feeding
time.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
