NPC: A curious crested penguin
Long Desc: This penguin has a prominent plume atop its head.

The crested penguins are physiologically distinct from its brethren, and
although biologists and spheniscomancers might point to their coats, diets
and nesting habits, their prominent head ornamentation is definitely eye-
catching.  Rather than fear, it expresses placid curious, examining closely
everything new and different.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
