NPC: A sleepy royal penguin
Long Desc: A serious-looking penguin with massive, orange tufts of eyebrow watches you.

Whether it's actually an eyebrow to rival the greatest of the couatl, or
simply some tuft of feather is irrelevant.  What matters is that it's
incredible, and the fashion powerhouses of the mainland would be delighted
to get a single piece of finery a tenth as splendid at the thing atop this
beautiful creature's head.  It doesn't care about this, of course- it just
wands a mackerel, a head pat and to be cuddled to sleep.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
