NPC: A heroic dreadmancer
Long Desc: A masked mage swirls about in a floor-length cloak.

Everyone knows that huaka are a superstitious and cowardly lot, but it is
difficult to strike fear into the heart of an opponent that you're terrified
of.  Dreadmancers are particularly adept at leveraging huaka amygdalas, and
despite practitioners of that school of magic typically pursuing nefarious
goals, this one proudly bears the crest of the Coral Knights, dedicated to
crushing the huaka threat.
She is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
