NPC: A stylite of Zeqolas
Long Desc: A sharkman with a scraggly white beard sits atop a pylon, forty feet up.

Sahuagin are rarely frail, but if they ever were, this stylite would be
describe as such.  His dermal scales are patchy and wrinkled, giving away
his advanced age.  His limbs are underdeveloped, from decades of lack of
exercise.  He seems at peace with his state, but very welcoming of any
company who might come his way, waving at any and all passersby.
He is a sahuagin approximately 5'6" tall.
