NPC: The elderly mountain elf caretaker
Long Desc: The last of the mountain elves rests on her cane, overseeing the museum.

This old woman is one of the last of the mountain elves, whose historical
habitat was in the snowy peaks near the northern ring.  The deep creases in
her face and hands belie the difficult life of a nomad whose people were
nearly exterminated.  After what was no doubt a difficult life, she has not
only come to rest in the tolerant space of Xaventry, but now leads an
organization dedicated to remembering her people, those like them, and all
they lost in the great betrayal.

Chronomancer quests.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
