NPC: The leather-clad torturer
Long Desc: A frost giant clad entirely in leather awaits her next victim.

Her attire is ludicrously stereotypical, but it doesn't seem wise to make
fun of this frost giant.  Despite there not being elementals nearby, she
holds a hot branding iron the size of a mammoth femur, ready to strike at a
moment's notice.
She is a giant approximately 25'0" tall.
