NPC: Ambassador Kiellawen
Long Desc: A sidhe woman sits at a stately desk, reading a thick sheaf of papers.

Having recently completed a multiple-year tour as the ambassador of the
Seelie court to King Cronus, Kiellawen has earned this vacation.  Rumors
going around Sandoval's advisors whisper of potential deployments to Triton
XVII, Rothchild, or (Vandyne forbid) Nezak.  For now, she has a few weeks to
debrief with the royal advisors, prepare for her next mission, and luxuriate
in the court's majesty as long as she's at home on the Plane.
She is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
