NPC: Retired brigadier general Mayicien
Long Desc: A white-haired elder paces about in his military uniform.

After a distinguished career in the Seelie military, brigadier general
Mayicien has earned his retirement.  Temporarily staying in the Castle at
the pleasure of the King, the brass around the castle have it that he will
soon where to retire to.  Even odds have him taking up residence in Rahdiyr,
or potentially off-Plane in Templeton.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
