NPC: An off-duty private
Long Desc: An off-duty private of the guard patrol is taking a nap here.

Though diligent while on duty, this guard has no qualms about sneaking in
a short nap before he has to go on his next patrol.  With his tie loosened
and his chin resting on his chest, he looks surprisingly comfortable leaned
back in a plain wooden chair with his feet crossed on the desk before him.
If you leave quietly you won't disturb him.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
