NPC: Lord Civmar
Long Desc: Lord Civmar relaxes in a comfortable chair, smoking a complex pipe.

Lord Civmar is a former Master Paladin, companion of Gracielle and commander
of Lady Undya's personal guard.  He was granted both land and title in
recognition of his extraordinary valor and courage in his dealings both in
military campaigns and political affairs across the lands of Alyria.  Now
retired from a military life, Lord Civmar returned to his ancestral home
planning to spend his retirement hunting and fishing as the tower ruin was
rebuilt.  Though he appears to be around eighty years old or so he very well
might be even older as his chalk-white hair and piercing blue eyes seem to
give a conflicting impression of strength and great age.  Though Lord Civmar
may not be as powerful as he once was he still seems able to casually
command the immediate respect of those around him.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
