NPC: The amputee priest
Long Desc: A legless ogre sits at the top of the stairs, minding the shrine.

As a toothsome deity full of teeth and bleeding anger, Zeqolas doesn't get
many converts.  Many sahuagin adhere to the old ways, and maintain the
traditions on holidays and when passing by the local shrine, but are not
known to be particularly effective evangelists.  This ogre sits at the base
of the stairs on a lopsided pair of stumps, hurling prayers and coins at the
driftwood shrine strung up against the western wall.  The visible scar
tissue indicates perfectly what happened immediately before his conversion,
and while the process is a mystery, his dedication and fervor afterwards are
evident.
He is a ogre approximately 7'0" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Zeqolas, the Evil God of the Sahuagin (Water).
