NPC: A diplomatic courier
Long Desc: A lean fey sweats blood from exertion.

The permanent portal which links the Unseelie Embassy to the Unseelie Castle
across planes is phenomenally expensive and disruptive to maintain, but
considered not only a valuable diplomatic asset, but an invaluable piece of
the Unseelie's civil defense infrastructure.  Unfortunately, it is so
expensive to operate that couriers must still be dispatched to carry things
manually, as the magical energy required to take a person through a
permanent rip between Planes is often more complex and absurd an undertaking
than walking between realms.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
