NPC: A street busker
Long Desc: A man sits hunched in a ratty old raincoat, belting out tunes as loud as he can.

His hooves could use a trim, and his bodyfur is patchy and matted for lack
of a good bath and shearing opportunities.  He smells weird, but that
describes most satyrs.  As a sentient being he deserved empathy and care,
and until the wealthy of Pirate's Cove realize that, he uses his talents and
charisma to encourage any passersby to help him along.
He is a satyr approximately 5'5" tall.
