NPC: An anxious cur
Long Desc: A stray dog paces around the periphery, hungily looking for opportunity.

It doesn't know where its next meal is coming from, and likely never has.
It doesn't know, but it definitely aspires- and while the specifics aren't
clear, getting out of range of its gleaming teeth and rapacious eyes seems
prudent.
It is a canine approximately 1'9" tall.
