As though in response to stereotypes about aloofness and unresponsiveness to
social etiquette, one of the foremost qualities that employees of the
Gnomish conglomerates are expected to demonstrate at all times is
helpfulness, responsiveness, and friendliness.  It helps that most gnomes
possess these traits anyway, but communicating that fact is always
appreciated by the outsiders that the foreign-servicing Conglomerates trades
with.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
