NPC: An armored rat
Long Desc: A large rat wearing scrap parts as armor is here.

This rat obviously has a certain level of intelligence, as it has covered
itself with various pieces of scrap metal as armor.  The rat seems to have
gained a great deal of confidence by this as it snarls and postures
aggressively.  This rat is going to be more difficult to fend off than you
may think.
It is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
