NPC: A scavenging junkbot
Long Desc: A tiny little robot searches for a spare part that might be useful.

This robot is probably owned by one of the shopkeepers or repairmen in town.
They will send these robots to search the junk piles for anything that might
still be useful, as it is much cheaper than purchasing a brand new part.
The robot doesn't have many means to defend itself, but Gnomes are generally
pretty good at keeping their hands off other peoples' property.
It is a robot approximately 7'1" tall.
