NPC: A troglodyte collector
Long Desc: A short Troglodyte is looking for shiny objects here.

Troglodytes are fond of shiny things, and this one is no exception.  He
spends his days in the automaton graveyard searching for appealing shiny
scraps, and could probably spend the rest of his life here finding them.
The Gnomes go through a tremendous amount of metal in their scientific and
practical pursuits, and much of it ends up here in the scrapyard.
It is a troglodyte approximately 6'11" tall.
