Long Desc: A gnome in a dirty jumpsuit works on machinery here.

Covered in oil and grease, this machinist studiously works on the production
floor in the Cogworks manufactory.  It is busy work creating the robotic
labor force the city now relies on, but the Gnomes tend to enjoy such acts
of ingenuity.
It is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
