NPC: A mechanical rat
Long Desc: A mechanical rat scurries around the production floor, picking up loose parts and carrying them through holes in the north wall.

These rats were apparently intentionally placed here.  Complex robots
themselves, the rats are programmed to pick up any fallen part from the
floor are carry them to the north, through the walls and into the scrap
graveyard.  The rats help to keep the building clean and do not cause the
sanitation issues that the standard rats do.
It is a robot approximately 6'11" tall.
