NPC: A castle guest
Long Desc: A guest of the castle is here, entertaining himself and those around him.

He is a typical guest of the castle, here mainly to eat, drink and be
merry.  He appears to be trying to dance a jig without relinquishing the
haunch of fowl in his right hand or the half-full stein in his left.  Amused
you watch him hop a couple steps, pause to rip a healthy chunk of meat off
the goose leg he's holding, and then resume his errant dance in progress.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
